Payments
If we have yet to do business with each other, pre-payment is a must. We accept payments 24-7 via our website, just click on the Payment link. If you are a repeat customer, first of let us say, Thank You. As a sign of our gratitude, we can Invoice you. We expect payment to be made in full within 30 days from service date. Each Invoice over 30 days past due will incur a late/administrative fee of $5 every 30 days. We don’t like charging late fees but we like serving papers for free even less. So, please be courteous and pay on time online, nice rhyme. If you prefer to send a check, please mail to:

Address & Attempts
Please be sure to give us the most updated info you have about the subject to be served. If we have to go to multiple addresses, there will be multiple fees. We provide up to or more than 4 attempts at each given address. If we go to an address and find it to be vacant on the 1st attempt, there is no reason to go back 3 more times. So, it varies per situation. Once an attempt to make service has been made, you have crossed the line of no REFUNDS. Our Servers work hard and drive a lot. If we make an attempt to serve your papers and then cancel, you will be charged. Asking for a refund is insulting. That would be like asking a limo driver to let you off a half mile from the airport and to not charge you for the travel time already experienced. We are the best at what we do and our team/support system is beyond compare. Let the professionals serve your papers. Hire the industry leader, hire Accurate Serve of Pensacola.

Our Process
Hard work gets noticed. We hope to get the chance to serve your papers so you can see how dedicated we are to the job. Our rates are not displayed like a Menu Board because there are so many factors that play a role in determining rate. How many people to be served? How many addresses will we need to attempt? What’s the time frame we need to make attempts in? Do we have an evader? Do we need to skip trace the person to serve the papers? Call us for a quote now, it’s fast and easy and we’re a pleasure to speak with, unless it’s Sunday at 2AM, we may be a grouch then. So, how does this whole process work, you say? Here’s what we need to get started:
- Papers
- Payment
- Service Address
We prefer to receive all service via email. Simply, email us the docs for service as PDF attachments and we will print them and go serve them. Once we make service, we will make a Return of Service (ROS) or an Affidavit of Service (AOS). Basically the same thing, the one thing that distinguishes them from each other is that a ROS is not notarized but an AOS is notarized. Cool fun fact, huh? Whether you are a FL Bar Attorney, Out-of-State or Pro Se, you will need to file (or e-file) the ROS/AOS with the Clerk’s office or e-filing portal.
Call and/or email today. Let us be your point of contact locally, statewide or nationwide. Our 35 offices cover over 44 counties in house, which is half of the counties in Florida BTW. In these areas we guarantee the best service and lowest rates. In the other half of the counties (which are mostly rural – we cover all major cities in FL), we have a great network of Servers that do great work for our organization.
